April 15th is right around the corner!!!! Have you gotten your taxes done yet??? Did you get them done but not sure if you were eligible for a larger return???

H&R Block will be located in our Theater on April 7th so you can consult with them about your taxes. They can file your taxes for you OR if you have already filed they will review your taxes for FREE and see if you could have received a larger return!!!

H&R Block finds money others miss!!! They will check for missing deductions and credits, to help make sure you get the maximum refund you're entitled to. They will also certify whether or not your original return is accurate.

Calling all residents!!! Stop in from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm in our movie theater on April 11th. Get a makeover, buy personalized gifts, and MUCH more!! Refreshement will be provided!! This is a perfect time to give yourself something special or pick up a gift for Mother's Day!!!

Saturday April 14th from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm

Dog misbehaving?? On April 19th from 5-7pm at the park next to the sand volleyball court, we will have a professional dog trainer giving free lessons on how to train your pooch! She has been a certified dog trainer for over 20 years! This is a terrific way to learn how to teach your dog and gain knowledge from an experienced professional. It will a great time for all family members; furry and not so furry ones!!!

We are wrapping up our Residents Appreciation Month with a blow out Pool Party!!!
